Beer Dinner : Green Flash !!!

Enjoy the ultimate taste of our delicious beer-prepared meals:


  • Course 1- Beer: Summer Saison Lemongrass infused Rock shrimp and Dungeness Crab Ceviche with avocado, Acai berries and white Peach nectar

  • Course 2- Beer: West Coast IPA Smoked Blue Points oysters Fried in a IPA beer batter with crispy onion strings and a Cajun Spiced remoulade

  • Course 3- Beer: Trippel Belgian Style Ale Butter poached Patagonian Toothfish with braised leeks, butternut squash ravioli and Meyer lemon confit
