Valentines Day Menu

Here is a preview for all you lovers out there looking for a nice place to take your significant other this Valentines Day. Come indulge in a mouth-watering three course meal for only $50.

Start with Champagne and Chocolate covered strawberries for all
Course 1
Laura Chenel goat cheese and wild mushroom tart, dried cherries, organic spinach,
aged balsamic reduction
Seafood Martini- New Zealand Black mussels, spot prawns, Maine lobster, Muscat grapes,
 goat cheese crisp, sweet vermouth cream
Trajinho, Vinho Verde, Portugal
Course 2
Deconstructed Dungeness crab Ceviche, Fresh picked wild berries, caramelized D’Anjou pears,
Citrus infused

Butternut squash, Lemongrass, Coconut Bisque, apple chip, Mango Relish,
Fig, almond and blue cheese beggar’s purse

Wine: Loredona Pinot Grigio, Monterey, California

Course 3
Pan Seared New Zealand Baby Lamb rack, savory fig bread pudding, baby carrots,
dried apricot and Currant Pan Sauce
Wine: Calatayud, Malbec, Argentina
Seared jumbo scallop, oyster mushroom risotto, Meyer lemon and smoky tomato broth,
red Muscat grape beurre blanc
Hoopla Chardonnay, Napa, California
Roasted Portabellini mushroom stuffed with veggie ratatouille, organic baby squash
with a celeriac and sunchoke puree
Wine: Aguilon De Abeja, Torrentes, Argentina
Dessert
Lavender and honey Mille feuille with fresh coastal strawberries
Port wine poached pears with French vanilla ice cream and a brandy caramel sauce
